Step 1. Base coat

Paint the nail with Innocent Angel as a soft, clean base. Cure.

Step 2. Painting the ghost’s face

  1. Use a Dotting Tool with Serious Black to add two round eyes and a small open mouth.

  2. With an Ultra Fine Detail Brush, add delicate eyelashes above the eyes for a cute, expressive look.

  3. Cure to secure the design in place.

Step 3. Adding blush cheeks

  1. Apply Baby Cakes on either side of the ghost’s face for rosy cheeks.

  2. Use the Beauty Blender Set to softly blend out the colour for a natural flush.

  3. Cure to finish the blush.

Step 4. Creating the 3D ghost shape

  1. Load Clear As Day Builder In A Bottle onto an Ultra Fine Detail Brush.

  2. Starting at the bottom of the nail, drag the gel upward so it thins toward the top.

  3. This creates a flowing, raised ghost shape with a 3D effect while leaving the face and cheeks visible.

  4. Cure to lock in the structure.

Step 5. Seal and finish

Apply Urban Graffiti Top Coat over the entire nail to protect the design and add shine. Cure for the final look.

The final reveal

The result is a nail that’s spooky yet sweet - a 3D ghost with rosy cheeks, fluttery lashes, and a playful expression. Perfect for Halloween season, this design can be worn as a statement nail or repeated across a full set for a hauntingly cute look 👻💖
