Directions:
If you are using this on your natural nails apply you base coat and cure before applying any gel colours.
Apply 1-2 coats of an Urban Graffiti gel polish colour and cure.
Apply a coat of the blooming gel and do not cure
Using another Urban Graffiti gel polish colour dot and swirl your design onto the nail. You will see the colour bloom outwards and create your design in front of your eyes!
Cure this once you're happy with the design and then top coat to seal.
