🍊 Juicy 3D Orange Nail Art Tutorial by Reme

Love having funky nail designs and want to try your hand at doing them yourself? This week, Reme created a set that’s fresh, fruity, and seriously juicy - a 3D orange slice that looks good enough to squeeze. Zesty, vibrant, and glossy, this design is a playful way to bring a pop of citrus to your nails.

We’ve put together a fun step-by-step tutorial so you can recreate Reme’s orange-inspired look at home using Naio Nails and Urban Graffiti products.

The products you’ll need

Step 1. Base and prep

  1. Prep your nails as usual by pushing back cuticles and gently buffing the nail surface.

  2. Apply your base colour - Reme chose Valencia Orange for that bright citrus pop. Cure under the lamp.

Step 2. Building the 3D orange slice

  1. Use Clear As Day Builder In A Bottle to sculpt raised wedge sections on the nail where your orange slices will be.

  2. Cure and repeat if you want extra dimension. These raised areas will give your fruit that realistic 3D look.

Step 3. Adding juicy colour

  1. With your Resin Palette, mix Valencia Orange and Blazed Orange for a vibrant, natural blend.

  2. Using your Detail Brush, paint inside the 3D wedge shapes, blending the two shades to mimic the juicy pulp of an orange.

  3. Cure to lock in the colour.

Step 4. Defining the slices

  1. With Snow White and a Detail Brush, outline the wedge sections to create the pith of the orange.

  2. Use your Dotting Tool to add small white dots or highlights to make the design pop even more.

  3. Cure once you’re happy with the detailing.

Step 5. Seal and shine

  1. Apply a layer of Urban Graffiti Top Coat to seal the design and give it that glossy, just-squeezed shine.

  2. Cure under the lamp for a flawless finish.

The final reveal

The result? A set of nails that look like you’ve captured a slice of summer 🍊 The combination of bright orange tones, 3D wedges, and glossy shine makes these nails feel juicy, fun, and full of energy - perfect for anyone craving a fruity twist to their nail game.
