We endeavour to ship ALL Orders shipping via DPD which have been placed and processed 4pm Monday to Friday and 1pm on Saturday and Sunday the same day for delivery the next day 7 days a week. We pride ourselves on over 99.6% of orders leaving our warehouse within this deadline, in the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed in leaving our warehouse, you will be notified and it will likely be dispatched the following day. If your order fails to leave our warehouse within 48 hours of the expected dispatch time, we will refund 10% of your product order value as a credit on you Naio Nails Account, which you can redeem against future purchases. This does not apply to non-dispatch days when our warehouse is closed for Christmas and New Year, National Holidays and bank holidays. It also does not apply to delayed or missed deliveries which are the fault of the courier or requests from the customer to hold the parcel until a later date.

Amazon Pay
Amazon pay never shares your full payment information with us, we as the merchant, only have access to the information needed to complete and support the transaction, e.g. the last four digits of the card number and the card type.
