Unfortunately Naio cannot be held responsible for this charge, the delivery costs you pay only cover what we pay to send the parcel out. If you refuse your parcel due to import fees/VAT we will deduct this and the delivery charges from your refund as it will be billed to us.

If you are located in Mainland UK* the standard delivery we offer is Next Day, to receive next day delivery please ensure that you order before 4pm GMT on weekdays and 1pm GMT for weekends, and also select DPD at the end of checkout.

During busy periods cut off times may change and deliveries may be delayed.
Orders placed before 4pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday if Saturday or Sunday delivery is not chosen at the checkout.
Please note we are unable to offer weekend deliveries if you choose UPS at the checkout, if you wish to have a weekend delivery please choose DPD and then the respective day at the checkout.
Highlands and Islands
Please note that in our busy periods orders may be delayed and there may delays after a Bank Holiday weekend.
If your parcel has not been delivered 7 days after ordering, please contact us at email@example.com or send us a message over Facebook , as we are unable to track down parcels after 3 weeks.
Please note we are unable to ship to Jersey, Guernsey, the Channel Islands and Gibraltar so if you place an order to these locations we will have to cancel and refund them. If your order is shipped but returned to us by customs we will be unable to refund you any shipping costs you have paid for.
*Mainland UK excludes Northern Ireland, Ireland, some areas in the Highlands of Scotland, and offshore islands such as Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight etc.
Delivery outside of UK
All delivery to locations outside of the UK is a standard 2-5 working days and the delivery costs are calculated as you go through the checkout. There will be a selection of couriers to choose from, please choose your preferred one, the couriers we use are DPD and UPS.
Please be aware, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Unfortunately we are unable to determine which countries, need to pay Custom or Import Taxes. Please check your government guidelines for more information.
We always advise customers to contact us before sending items back to us, we may be able to offer advice with regards to the best or most cost effective way of returning your order.
Returning unwanted items
Please remember to include the following with your items:
- Your order number
- Name and address
- The reason for the return
Please note that the cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility and that the original postage cost will not be refunded for non-faulty items or part returns.
We will allow the following period of time after the receipt of your order in which to return your item/s.
- 14 days (within UK)
- 21 days (within Europe)
- 28 days (Rest of the world)
If it is not possible to return the items within these times please advise us.

We aim to refund all returned goods within 1 working day after receipt of the return, please be aware that refunds can take up to 5 working days to be processed by your bank. Please also note that we are unable to refund any return postage unless the item/s returned are faulty or damaged.

There are three methods of payment on our website, these are; PayPal, Amazon Pay and standard Card payments. We do not store any of your bank details on our website. Please see below for more information on the security of our separate payment methods.

We will NEVER ask you to send us money via PayPal through an email address, we do not accept any form of payment this way. If we require extra payment we would send you an invoice for this, you would be made aware of this in advance.

Amazon pay never shares your full payment information with us, we as the merchant, only have access to the information needed to complete and support the transaction, e.g. the last four digits of the card number and the card type.
