We endeavour to ship ALL orders which have been placed and processed by:
LOCAL
10am For Same day Delivery
DPD
4pm Monday to Friday and 1pm on Saturday and Sunday the same day
UPS
4pm Monday to Friday the same working day, orders placed after 4pm Friday will be dispatched Monday.
We pride ourselves on over 99.6% of orders leaving our warehouse within this deadline, in the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed in leaving our warehouse, you will be notified and it will likely be dispatched the following day. If your order fails to leave our warehouse within 48 hours of the expected dispatch time, we will refund 10% of your product order value as a credit on your Naio Nails online account, which you can redeem against future purchases.
This does not apply to non-dispatch days when our warehouse is closed for Christmas and New Year, National Holidays and bank holidays.
It also does not apply to delayed or missed deliveries which are the fault of the courier or requests from the customer to hold the parcel until a later date.

Please be aware, we do not ship to PO Boxes, Jersey, Guernsey, the Channel Islands and Gibraltar.
If you place an order it will be cancelled, if your order is shipped but returned to us by customs we will be unable to refund you any shipping costs you have paid for.
EU Orders
GOOD NEWS!
Following the introduction of the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), VAT and Duty on Low value consignments under €150 EUR (excluding delivery and after discounts) will be paid for by Naio Nails, this means no delays waiting for your order to clear customs and no unexpected fees.
Due to the EU customs clearance issues many of our customers are experiencing, we are currently capping our maximum order values to the EU to €150 EUR excluding shipping, after discounts.
If you wish to place an order over €150 EUR and are happy to accept that you will be charged VAT and Import Duty upon your parcels entry to your county, and this may delay your expected delivery date, please contact our customer services team and they will be happy to help.

If your parcel has not been delivered 7 days after the expected date of dispatch, please click here to contact us or send us a message over Facebook, to track orders over 3 weeks overdue, we are required to submit a claims report to the courier, this claim can take up to a month for the courier to resolve.
